When registering for PyCon you can log in with an OpenID. I knew Google Apps let you do that but I didn't know how. I tried to put my e-mail address in, since I'd already set up some link tags in my HTML when I set up my login for Stack Overflow. That didn't work. Then I tried to set up a .well-known/host-meta file, but that wasn't right either. Turns out I just had to use https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id as my login. No wonder not many people use OpenID.
