John Fund: Miers Remorse

John Fund: Miers Remorse: Conservatives are right to be skeptical, via PoliPundit. Didn't finish reading yet, but the article has some fascinating history about how Republican presidents have sucked at appointing Supreme Court justices.

Update: Glenn Reynolds calls Fund's piece "devastating" and has a bunch of other stuff about Miers' nomination.
