PuTTY wish win-command-prompt

PuTTY wish win-command-prompt. For a while I've wanted an alternative Windows command prompt that actually ran as a Windows program (like KTerm runs as a KDE app) and not as a DOS-console looking thing. If the PuTTY people are right, then it's not really possible to do.
