Actually, I've installed that group of restricted codecs... at least I <em>think</em> I've installed all of them. I didn't know about the Marillat repository, and installed them manually from the mplayer site, following Kaffeine's directions actually.</p> <p class="st-markup">I was able to get mplayer to play the wav files (nothing else would), but strangely, if I tried to seek mplayer would freak out and just play static from then on. I think these wavs aren't quite normal, but are compressed somehow... I think it's a fairly rare thing for wavs, so I wasn't too surprised when I couldn't play them.</p>
