Joss Whedon to write and direct Wonder Woman

WHEDONesque: Joss Whedon Confirmed for Wonder Woman. Awesome. I'd rather have him do X-Men 3, but I'll definitely settle for this. If anyone can make Wonder Woman not suck, it's Joss. I mean, who else is more suited to do a movie about a super-hero heroine? I just hope the natural Wonder Woman suckitude isn't insurmountable for him.

This movie is going to suuuuuuuck. It is not possible to overcome the giant vacuum of suck that is Wonder Woman. It doesn't matter who is working on it.
