Baby foot!

Take a look at this picture of a baby's foot. It's awesome. Via Amy. Remember, just a bundle of tissue.

Update: Hah! I'd figured it was unlikely that the picture was real. Amy offers the details. I thought it was doubtful because the skin, uteral wall, etc. that the foot was pushing through looked so thin, not to mention the abdominal muscles. I probably should have mentioned my reservations, but I just thought it was a cool picture and didn't think much of posting it. It does look realistic though.

What if that baby was 8 months? 7? 5? At what point does killing a baby become not killing a baby?

We let 18 yera olds vote. Is it OK for a 17 year old to vote? Or a 16 year old? What about a ten year old? Or a three year old? At what point does an adult become a child?

You have to draw the line somewhere.

Unless, of course, you're going to maintain that a newly-formed zygote is the moral, spiritual and legal equivalent of a full-grown human being.

In which case, I expect you to support pre-natal suffrage.
