1. lilina looks like a fairly neat aggregator (via a comment on Kellan's blog, via Alex). I don't think I like having feeds broken up into separate "folders" like most aggregators do. lilina shows all news items as one stream.

2. How to use continuations for servers (in Python) (to read), via Adam. Since reading this article earlier, I haven't had time to dig into the Cocoon source (:P) to actually find out how what it talks about would be implemented. Hopefully this piece will lend some insight.

   I've never understood how people try to do I/O in a purely functional language. (Purely) functional languages are by definition side-effect free, while I/O is itself a side effect.

4. Yes, it's still comment spam if you came here with the sole intent of leaving a comment, even if your comment is (mostly) on topic.

   Sometimes I get comments that are moderately spammy, and I look at my referrers and the person got here by searching for something like "[their topic] blog" (or weblog, or 'post comment'). Jerks.
