New blog: A Constrained Vision

Via Lorie at PoliPundit, A Constrained Vision is Katie Newmark's new blog. It's named in honor of Thomas Sowell's truly excellent book, A Conflict of Visions. Lorie recommends it, so I gotta take a look when I get a chance.
