ProfessorBainbridge.com: Scalia-Breyer Debate:
On Thursday, Jan 13, 4-5:30 pm EST, at American University law school in DC, Justices Scalia and Breyer will hold a "conversation" on the topic of "The Relevance of Foreign Law for American Constitutional Adjudication." The event will also be livestreamed on the web; details available beginning Jan 10 at www.wcl.american.edu. This is a very important issue and should be a fascinating event.
Should be interesting to watch.
