Jack Kemp: Framework for tax reform. Kemp heaps praise on the president's tax advisory panel and discusses Lawrence Hunter's and Stephen Entin's Framework for Tax Reform document prepared for the panel.

I'm very hopeful for what Bush will do for tax reform after he gets his Social Security agenda plan passed (and he will).
