Slashdot | Symantec Antivirus May Execute Virus Code

Slashdot | Symantec Antivirus May Execute Virus Code. Great. I don't use virus protection myself (though, not using Microsoft software wherever possible is itself virus protection), but I try to give my dad the extra protection of virus protection. He's now more vulnerable because of it. Crap.
