XSLT sugar syntax

Simon Willison: Google Maps and XSL. The other week I took a little time and wrote most of a non-XML sugar syntax for XSLT that you can convert to XSLT. I've found it impossible to wrap my brain around XSLT largely because of its XML syntax, so my converter remedies that problem. I'm linking to Simon's post because I want to test the converter on Google's XSL files when I get a chance.

I'll release the code to and a spec for the converter once we release the spec for the markup language the sugar-syntax is based on.
