Restore properties for My Documents folder

I'm changing the location of my "My Documents" folder in Windows, but when I right clicked on the folder to get its properties so I could change the location Windows spit back "The properties for this item are not available". Typing "regsvr32 mydocs" fixed the problem.

Nope. Actually, I think I tried to install it way back, but they don't have TweakUI for Windows Server 2003 (which kind of makes sense, since it's not supposed to be a desktop system).
