Should I implement Pingback or Trackback (or both)?

Should I implement Pingback, Trackback, or both? Earlier, I wasn't interested (though even before that I thought it was cool), but now I'm rethinking my position on it.

So, question for the audience... should I implement these things? Would you find them useful? If there's no interest I won't bother.

Also, here's an old comparison between Pingback and Trackback.

I'm going to implement pingback. It's easy to build, and it's an excuse to write some ColdFusion 5 XML-RPC tools that I've been meaning to make.

I've been resistant to Trackback because of all the RDF junk at the top of the page.
