International URIs

I'm testing internationalized URIs on my site after seeing Matt say that WordPress now does it.

Update: Yep, seems to work just fine here.

By the way, the characters in the url are "جحخدذ". I wanted to include the sample Greek text ("µΩπ") Ryan put in his mailing list post, but the rtl and ltr text put together in the same field made my brain hurt a little. Maybe I'll try it in another post.
