Why sleeping when there's is no need to?
I used to sleep 8-9 hours a day when I was "young". Nowadays I can't sleep longer that 5-6 hours. No, that's not true... I mean, I LOVE to sleep long ... as long as possible ... ehehe (Dreams become more intense? or at least i can remember my dreams better if i sleep longer
) But i noticed, that i dont HAVE to sleep that long anymore - and still being "fresh and fit" in the morning.
During holidays it often happens that my "bio-rythm" gets out of controll totally (regarding the "internal body clock". I stay up 'till 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. Sleep until about 10 o'clock. Do something, get a nap at 7 p.m. for one or two hours .... and stay up again until 8 o'clock next morning ... etc.
I really enjoy those times. Just have to listen to my body ... and NOTHING else ... (but i must admit, i am more of a "night person" - it's so quite and peacfull during the night ... hehe
The only problem is, when holidays are about to end and you have to adjust your body again to "normal bussiness hours". Jet-lag is nothing compared to that.
