I'm trying to find a way to create a keyboard shortcut to complete .edu websites (which you can't do with this extension)

Have you found any solution to this problem yet? I'm coming from the Opera Browser, and I realized I'm addicted to the Ctrl+Space keyboard shortcut for returning to the home page. Alt+Home cannot be issued with one hand, and that's annoying...
