Worst programming session ever

I just had the worst programming session of my life. Pretty disheartening. I'm working on little sleep and my mind isn't working well. Plus, it's hot and stuffy in this computer lab. Anyway, it was one of those times where you go back almost as much as you go forward, and you go forward almost as if through brute force.
