My most missed feature of ICQ

What I most miss about old-school, back-in-the-day ICQ is the feature where the person you're chatting with receives what you type immediately, as you type. It made chat more of a real conversation -- you could interrupt each other and everything. I wish we still had that option in newer clients.

You can still do that in iChat on OS X if you're connected via Rendezvous... I agree though, I miss having that feature in MSN/AIM/Yahoo messengers.
