Spyware, adware, crappy-ware removal software

Tomorrow I have the task of cleaning up the computer of someone who's prostituted his machine with all manner of spyware, et. al. to the point where it's not running well anymore. I just came across a spyware removal program on del.icio.us, so I figured I'd start keeping a list here of possible programs for me to use tomorrow.

• WinPatrol (the one I saw mentioned on del.icio.us)
• Spybot Search & Destroy
• Ad Aware
