I think it is interesting to see the involvement of Marc Rich and the oil for food scandal. It is clear of the corruption but the media are quiet and I believe it is because the finance direct the media. I have read an article regarding the oil for food program and the scandal of the "Kuwait Gate" (1991 oil wells on fire, google: Joseph Ferraye)
Their is always money behind behaviors at a high level and this story is very surprising and seems to show that Kuwait with HELP (some countries at the UN) got 15.9 billions from Iraq oil for food but why? considering that the UN inspector in 1991 decided to put a price of less than one billion for damages, and Joseph Ferraye story of 15.9 billions (forced convention) seems to become clear of High corruption with oil. From Rich to french oil companies it is amazing what people do for oil.
