Animated PNG

Animated PNG. Ooh, shiny. It'd be nice if we had an alternative to animated GIFs. MNG doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. I'm not sure of the relative merits between APNG and MNG, but simpler is definitely better, and APNG is backward compatible with PNG.
