Good job Drudge. He seemed to be at the forefront of publicising this thing, and he deserves a lot of the credit for what happened.
Political ads are totally worthless. I'm sitting down with our sample ballot now to figure out who (and what, as in our list of "public questions to be voted upon") to vote for, and I haven't been helped at all by political ads. They're all like "Don't vote for him/her, he/she's bad". Just about nothing positive.
Plus, half of our enormous ballot is taken up by Spanish versions of everything. That's very annoying.
What's funny, however, is that I think political ads on both sides of the Repubican/Democrat divide tried to distance themselves from McGreevy (whom I didn't vote for).
