It makes sense that you can't create folders for POP3 mailboxes. POP3 doesn't support folders - it's not a server-based protocol.

It is especially good for imap accounts, but limited for pop3. You can't create folders to sort your mail nor can you save your sent mail. For pop3 accounts i use uebimiau.
