Good news in California

This sound to me like good news in California, and positive steps towards reform. Unfortunately they have to wait until March to vote on it, but I expect it'll pass. It's a big turnaround since Schwarzenegger's initial legislation was completely shot down a while ago... I hadn't heard about these compromises they've been able to get through until now.
