Was it in a truck? Or by hand? Because if all you did was drive a digger, I'm not impressed. But if it was a shovel (and even a wheel barrow) I'll be impressed

I'm going to take the obvious question here and ask "Why?"

It was 30 40 pound bags from where we had a whole storehouse of bags of dirt, up the hill using a wheelbarrow, to where the ground is generally lower than it should be because of a mix of sinkholes and flooding, both because we're on a lake leading into a waterfall... so, the water moves and slowly takes some of our dirt with it. So I put lots of dirt down and raked it so it's not too lumpy, and will do the same tomorrow
It didn't take all that long...

I did the same thing the next day, and again today. 27 bags the other day and something like 15 the today. I kept wondering why I was having so much trouble lifting the 40 pound bags... my dad pointed out that they're all wet inside... they must have weighed 50-60 pounds each at least. At least I'm not as much of a weakling as I thought.

What are you really doing with all that dirt, Keith? What are you trying to cover up?

But without knowing how far you moved it, we can't know how much work it really was.
Or at least, that's what I remember of physics.
