I know! I thought about that... for some reason I didn't.
Ok, here it is. It was awesome! Way better than the first one. Special effects were amazingly well blended into the film, and you basically get from the movie exactly what you came for. Great fight scenes and special effects, very cool characters and bad guys, but not a great deal of substance, which is absolutely fine. I give it a thumbs up!
Also remember that this is based on a comic book. If you keep that in mind, you may appreciate the movie a little more. Don't listen to the guy on Slashdot (http://slashdot.org/features/02/03/26/0758252.shtml?tid=97)

One more thing: the movie was so fast paced that whenever it slowed down to have any dialogue, I remember thinking "Ok, when are we going to get some more action?".
Basically, you already know if you like this kind of movie. If you like this kind of movie, go see it.
