Nooo, in Buffy lore having no soul ==> being evil (but not: having no soul <==> being evil). Unless Spike gets a soul he'll always be evil.

Lore aside, I think Spike has becoem good again, after being vengeful and angry for many years. No one can deny that Spike was good before Dru made him a Vamp, so is it too hard to beleive that he could be good again?
