phpMyAdmin 2.3.0 released!

Goodie! phpMyAdmin 2.3.0 has finally been released.

I've taken all the lists of new features from the homepage and from the release announcement, sorted them, removed all duplicates , and reproduced them here for your information:

• a new SQL parser has been merged, and will be used gradually to kill some bugs and improve the whole project consistency
