Instant Outlining
John Udell on Dave's new thing. O'Reilly: Jon Udell: Instant Outlining, Instant Gratification. Based on Dave's description of it, it sounds like a promising idea.
More importantly Dave's development team has used it in practice to increase their productivity. The modern office has e-mails flying every which way dozens of times a day (did I remember to copy the project lead so he knows what's going on?), and it'll only get worse. I'd welcome anything that may free us from the continual and increasing onslaught of e-mail.
