I just saw an interview on CNN with a reporter from a Pakistani newspaper who supposedly had an interview with Osama Bin Laden. He said that Bin Laden claims to have nukes, but that he won't use them unless we use chemical or nuclear weapons first. I don't know whether that's comforting or not.
